“After a horrible experience at the ATT store at 71 and loop 1 and then the worst experience EVER at an ATT store in Bastrop that cost me 8 HUNDRED of dollars. I went to the Giddings ATT store. WOW WOW WOW my man there Isreal is the best of the best of the best!!! He knows his business! I was at this point frustrated irritated and ready to go to a competitor after DECADES of being an ATT customer. We'll let's just say Isreal saved my patronage and brought me back full circle to being happy!!! And the funny thing is I could tell he was just being himself. I would be soooooo happy to have an associate like Isreal in Giddings TX!!!”

We had gone to our local store and when we said we had 9 lines we wanted to move over, all they did was push a piece of paper to us and said this is what we offer, we can't give you any more information. We walked into the Giddings store and Jaci immediately whipped out her yellow notepad and went to work. I can not say enough about her customer service. 7 hours later we walked out with 2 new phones, new internet set up and all the other lines transferred, followed up by 2 phone calls to make sure everything was working. If you want to get good service, deal with people that know what they are doing, and walk out happy, go see Jaci and the crew in Giddings...you will not be sorry!!!”
