“Switched from AT&T to T-Mobile yesterday at the Giddings store. Difference in customer service and sales was night and day. Was with AT&T for years, my fault I know. Customer service is terrible and my monthly rates just went up every year. Flip 6 phone is complete junk! Steph at T-Mobile was awesome. Told her exactly what I wanted and she helped me get set up with a much better rate and service. Got a Samsung A37 and it's a great phone for me. Would highly recommend this store and T-Mobile in general.👍”
