I recently visited Orsags FB page and was disappointed by the overall experience. The staff was incredibly rude and inappropriate, making it difficult to have a productive conversation. The owner was particularly dismissive and unwilling to address my concerns. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Highly unprofessional, staff is pathetic. I was hoping to support this local, small business more, but they blocked me on social media after I asked about them getting more current pieces, furniture! I’m so disappointed, and wish I had not purchased my fridge from them. They don’t deserve a dime. Alleged owner couldn’t hack a simple conversation about growth, and instead blocked me. I can’t imagine in 2024 making such a massive mistake.

My loveseat broke, and they are getting repair parts instead of me having to replace it. It is nice in this economy, and since I am retired.

It is truly a blessing to have a local furniture store like Orsags. They had the merchandise I needed and the employees are very helpful and friendly. If I could rate this lower I would . Yes the sales lady was wonderful, but when it comes to you not being satisfied with your purchase they give you an excuse like they can’t do anything about it. They say they will call you back and never did. They say , oh if ur not satisfied with ur furniture call us back and this and that ,then when you do they say oh I can’t do nothing about it . So to me there liers . Never again will I go to this place and won’t recommend it to anybody at all .

Don't keep driving by this place like we did for 4 years! Stop in and ask for Ruth - she knows her stuff and she listens to what you're saying you need in your home. Easy financing, we went had same day delivery due to a cancellation. Worth it too is the small fee to haul away that old heavy couch you're sitting on right now...
