She didn’t give me a single return receipt. Throwing packages all over. I need my receipt three returns on Oct 2nd at 2:00 pm. I know there is cameras. Three separate packages that have not been marked as returned in the system but were. She’s the “manager”. Didn’t like me saying I wanted to come when she isn’t there.
Update - they went through.

This is the worst post office there is, in addition to being arrogant, nefarious and lazy, they dare to argue with their customers, how is it possible that they lose my packages, this being the 3rd time?
They point out more people around me, when the only one who has the keys is me, and they defend themselves by saying that they are human and make mistakes!
They gave me my package to another person, without asking me for my ID, which is something they always ask me for, do they put a notice that I have a package but they deliver it to another person?
LIARS, and they are stupid, I will not return here again because clearly they either steal the packages or they are simply going to take a place to annoy the customers!!

I would never go back and have my passport photo taken there. Very low quality. My last two passport pictures were taken at Walgreens and I loved them, but this one from the post office is horrible. My first visit to pick up my passport form, the lady was super nice. When I went back with the completed form to mail, and to get my picture taken, the lady was not very friendly.

This is a beautiful small post office with a historical mural painting inside. The clerk was kind and patient with me throughout my passport application process. It was a pleasant experience and I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere.

Coming from a bigger city to a small town you would think they would be able to handle doing the mail properly. However this is by far the WORST post office I have encountered. The ladies running the place are the most incompetent people I've ever met. They should all be fired and replaced with people that know how to process mail properly. It's not that hard to read an address and think. Not all businesses ship to PO Boxes unfortunately. They should know about Street Addressing since it's under the official USPS website. But of course these lazy workers wouldn't know that.

I can see why this place has 3 stars. Very unhelpful staff, and frankly quite rude. Get your staff on the same page so they aren’t telling customers 2 different things.

Fed Ex and UPS are two businesses desperately needed, forget even dealing with this place… just drive to Bastrop or La Grange. It ain’t worth the stop.
