The employees are friendly and helpful. The store offers a large variety of things at reasonable prices. The rewards club offers discounts to members. It is a great help to Upshur County residents to have available.

Our company shops here often, employees are knowledgeable in their department and always eager to help you find what you’re looking for. Prices are a little steep compared to others, but still beats the trip to Longview

With such good reviews I expected better. Went in for electrical parts, asked for help and then waited about 30 minutes while the cashier and the employee I thought would help stood at the counter solving the world's problems. At least the cat was happy I was there.🤣 It's obvious they didn't need my business so I put back the items I had and left. Guess I'll go spend it someplace else. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

My go-to store for all our plumbing parts. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I don't have to drive 30 miles to get what I need. Thanks to the staff for helping me get the weed eater and chainsaw to meet my needs at a great price!

When is the store just to get a nut for a Stihl chainsaw this morning they kept on saying it'll be here in 10 minutes after spending 30 minutes of waiting being patient I just had to walk out the door I will never do business with them again

Randy, in lawn mower repair is so nice and professional. I called and he picked it up the same day. It was fixed in less than a week and delivered back to me. Everyone I have ever dealt with at B&S are so helpful, friendly and professional. My riding mower had been sick before I called B&S.. I tried for 2 weeks to get it picked up by another repair place. When I got it back, it did not run even after paying over $270.00. Difference in night and day. I will always use B&S.
