The manager chris Jones at this location made the decision to put all black hair and other products behind the counter yet made it to employees like it was handed down from cooperate his own workers even say is blatant racism the loss more condoms/women products ect. From theft and alot more over the loss of black products this is completely disgusting

Lied about not associating with Western Union as a company because the workers did not want to deal the transaction. I used to work for Dollar General and double checked with other stores if the statement was true and contacted Western Union. They lied.

It’s your normal dollar general. My only complaint is that the store needs to be remodeled because it is real dingy and dirty looking.

DG is fine. The fact that for 10+ years this corporation AND building owners refuse to fix the A/C is ridiculous. It's uncomfortable AF to shop when over 85° degrees and I can not imagine how horrible for the employees it is.

This store has went way down hill. There is inventory everywhere that hasn't been put on the shelves so the shelves are not stocked and they look bare. U can barely get through the store for all the inventory everywhere The store was dirty and smelled as well. The staff is nice though

The Dollar general in gilmer Texas was very cluttered, boxes in the aisles, merchandise was not on the shelves, etc. Dollar general in gilmer needs help. I know that hired help is hard to get. But someone needs to come in and stop the store if that's all they're hired for

Got the app just for the coupons then was told they don't use the coupons here expect for on Saturdays which it doesn't say it on the app. Only one register open with 20 people waiting in line and taking their time just to tell me I couldn't use my coupons. That's why dollar general is going down y'all don't know how to get people in here to buy stuff and when you try it fails miserably. Will be sticking to Walmart or any other store from now on
