Honestly can't think of 1 good thing to say. Well, they're friendly @ the Diana loc. Website and app work 1/2 the time. Signed up for overdraft protection but never went into effect. Took $ out of my account and gave to someone with SIMILAR not even same name or town. 0/10 recommend

This is the worst bank 8ve ever had to deal with it only is 5he online banking horrible but so 8s there customer service the lady out of ore city tx Mrs Tracy will close your account with out further notice not only that but plays around with you overr draft one min it's working and the next it 2antbe she gasowthwr job go ti her head .she really needs to sitdown sone0laxe

Well considering I would never ever recommend or let them join this bank. Due to their website being down constantly and just a pain to call and get something done. When ever I try to buy something om Amazon they freeze my account due to suspicious activity and I understand freezing a account due to suspicious activity buying something for 10 dollars on Amazon is not. I hate this bank with a serious passion only reason I am there is due too me not being able to leave for personal reasons. The owner and CEO need to honestly be investigated by the better business bureau as they have completely failed at there job to provide consumers with atleast a decent experience. I believe they won't last long though considering new banks are moving in and taking over. I would never ever recommend or use this bank when I leave its is ran by incompetent people who truly don't care

This is the worst bank I've ever had the experience of dealing with.Ey will lock your account for no reason. Citing suspicious activity when I'm shopping at the Walmart.In the town of the bank that has the account. The website is horrible.Do not use this bank.

I can't stand this bank. If u deposit electronically or have direct deposit u can't access your money until they open again after 9am. Then they closed my account because I had a zero balance after only 5 days! 5 days! Without telling me. I missed my paycheck because of this. Go elsewhere

This bank is not willing to work with you getting a truck loan even if you have an excellent credit score. Gilmer National is a better bank .

Your website is not the best. Where is my January statement? Nothing on the website. The "Contact Us" tab is non functional. Why can't I change my statement delivery to mail, maybe then Tom could get it.

I’ve been banking here at the main Gilmer branch for years and I actually worked here as a teller, and my dad has been cashing checks with them for as long as I’ve been alive. Well my dad calls me upset because two tellers (one blonde headed and another with dark hair) in the first 2 seats of the drive-thru were laughing at him for no reason. All he asked them to do was to cash his check and deposit some of it.. these tellers need to act more professional. There’s no excuse for being so ugly to customers for no reason at all. If they don’t fix their act we will be banking elsewhere.
