Dr. Ball and Dr. Miller are great veterinarians! The staff here are very pleasant and knowledgeable. We have had our three dogs going here now for the past 2 years and have only had good visits, even if our dogs were not happy about it. It feels like prices are higher than they were in GA, but everything else is getting expensive, so I'm not really surprised or upset about it
I'm just glad we have a local veterinarian we can trust to take our pets to.

I highly recommend Gilmer Animal Clinic. The staff is so polite and really care about not only the animal but you also. I love that they will call a few days after your appointment to check on your pet. I will definitely continue to use them for my pets needs.

Dr. MILLER is a wonderful and a caring vet. His staff were great and Paisley and Jackson are doing wonderfully. GAC is the best clinic and his staff are the best I've been to. You will always have my business. Thank You so much.

Dr. Miller, Dr. Ball and the rest of the staff are the most professional, kind and compassionate team I have ever encountered. They truly care for you and your children (pets). I honestly feel lucky to have them caring for the needs of my dog. I definitely recommend these guys to everyone.

We took our dog here when there was nothing left that could be done. We were hoping they could save her, but they could not, kidney failure was in end stages. They were extremely caring, in a very hard situation, while remaining professional. My brother received a letter a week or so later, with her foot print, which was so cool. This meant so much to us all. If I have to bring our other dogs to a vet, it will be this vet for sure.

Veterenary picked up my dogs legs, she yelped, and told me to give her aspirin. Wanted me to pay $400-$500 to find out that she is in fact an old dog.
I came to discuss medication options and basically got called an abusive owner for not wanting to give them their $500 for services they always scam people with.

Took the dog in, got s rabies shot and was omw home in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was nice and friendly!

I brought in a stray cat to be spayed after it already had all vaccinations. they shaved her and saw she was already spayed. but, they opened her up anyway and put this cat through unnecessary stress. they still charged the full price even though there was no surgery. I would never trust them to do anything. Replying to Mary: Yes, it is opening her up. Other vets do not begin a surgery once they see a scar in that area. This is my first time coming there and it was not a positive experience. You charged me $350 for a cold and an incomplete surgery. I gave you the papers for the previous vet visit showing she had been treated for the flea infestation causing her skin problems. I talked to someone on phone twice about being overcharged and she said she couldn't do anything about it.

I had to have my precious Thor euthanized this week. Freda got me into the schedule, the folks were compassionate, kind & caring! I recommend them to anyone needing a truly good vet.

Dr. Ball and his staff are the greatest. I have been using GAC for several years for my dogs, horses and cattle. They are so friendly, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them!!
