Went in and got the best service I have ever had with this company. Jose is the guy that helped me out with the parts I needed. was very polite and professional. We will definitely be going to him for any future parts.

This is the best place I've got any of my stuff from I've went to a lot of O'Reilly's and they usually just let you buy the stuff and push you out the way I can honestly say the people at this one are nice especially Jose he actually took the time to fix my sub and amp wire connecting everything to the wires for me because I didn't know how he even bought he taped to wrap it with because all I had was duct tape instead of electrical tape so I'd honestly say this is the best place I've been to having to do with auto parts.

I frequent these places a lot more than most people. I have an old truck. Several old vehicles and if you need some good parts, quick service. Is it a place to go always well organized and easy to find parts

Great customer service! Jose helped me with some spark plugs and went above and beyond his duties. Very friendly environment and the staff is all very knowledgeable and helpful with whatever your request is.

Don't pay cash for items and then need a refund. Twice they refused because they didn't have the cash to refund. There are too many other parts stores with good Customer service.

went into buy oil cooler hose, the employee didnt seem to know how to work the computer, and then said he would go get it from the back before walking away for 45 mins. 2 other employees had a loud conversation about how they like cool sports cars across the room from us while we waited, and eventually watched us leave un helped.
the employee who hid in the back was an old, overweight, balding man and his teenage cohort. and the employee who stood around talking was a middle aged woman and her teenage cohort

They charged me for a battery core then took the charge off but said I was getting $10 for my core credit off the price of the battery and then charged me a $3.00 "battery fee". It was deceptive way of doing business. Not going back there.

These guys are the best! They helped me when the two other auto parts stores in Gilmer could not. The one actually across the street was super rude. The guy at O'Reilly's actually took the time to look the part up when the other two stores didn't know what it was so I really appreciated that. They will always get my business no matter what and I will always refer them out.
