The front desk lady is not knowledgeable about taxes at all and they're only open on Mondays and Tuesdays during non-tax season. It's frustrating dealing with people that keep telling you to bring forms that don't apply to you.

This woman took our money, said she would help us with a simple amendment, and then after cashing our check - did NOTHING. She then refused to return our calls or send us our money back. I have been trying to contact her for over 6 months now, still not giving up on getting our $200 back. She's a criminal.
