Great place to go for diabetic medicine 💊 and other medicine and items. Also VERY pet friendly staff ⚕️ and they will go out of their way to help you get what you need. The staff is super friendly to both human and 😉 pet customers. Will DEFINITELY be back !

I have been a customer for years now and have paid the same price for my medication the past twelve months. Yesterday, it went up over 100%. I have always had a store discount due to multiple prescriptions. I told the tech what I paid the previous 12 months and could she 'Please see why it jumped from $54 to $111?'. She went to 'check on it', came back 10 minutes later with a deer in headlights gaze, and said 'She said this is the price'. I asked why and she told me 'I'm not sure.' Another employee said 'We have a store discount' and I said 'Apparently not any longer', and the girl just repeated the price to me, which at that point, we weren't getting anywhere. The pharmacist had zero interest in explaining and didn't feel it was important to retain mine and my family's
business.
I understand prices fluctuate, but no other pharmacy in this area charges even half of what they demanded yesterday. Other pharmacies accept good RX and other discount programs, Med Shop does not. They have zero desire to be competitive and I can only assume have disdain for poor/disabled people. I inferred this from being asked 'Do you have other insurance?' (Other than Medicare). If you enjoy price gouging and discrimination, this is the place.

I'm not sure why anybody goes here unless they have to. They spend most of their time chatting and laughing while you're waiting to get back to your day.Can't process simple coupons, and they seem to just make the prices up as they go.

Rude, never ready, and snippy with customers. They also didn't tell me important facts about my meds like how my birth control I use is supposed to be refrigerated!!! I'm so livid if I could give less than one star I would. I officially moved all my meds to the Walmart pharmacy who does AMAZING compared to them. Disgusted with this place.
