Went to get my nails done last month and had the best experience, I had no issues with my nails. Fast forward to the beginning of this month and I took my 2 year old to get my nails redone and she was not having it for some reason this day she wanted to be in my lap, well the guy was busy so the lady did my nails. While I was in the middle of getting my nails done I tried giving my daughter my phone and she took it for a few minutes and then back to wanting into my lap, well whenever she walked around to the other side of me she had moved my drink and accidentally kicked it over and I got up and went to get napkins to clean it up, I NEVER once asked for anything from them, made indication of not cleaning it up NOTHING, but the lady decided to get up and started talking in her language to the other guy and went and got a rag, okay whatever I used the rag and I CLEANED IT UP. Then I sat back down and kept telling my daughter to sit on the floor next to me and play on my phone and then lady (she didn't even speak to my daughter the whole time) told her to sit down. Um I'm the parent, and she two. Well the lady finally finished my nails (keep in mind the next day my daughter ended up sick so explains the crying, but she is two and isn't able to tell me exactly what's wrong). The next day my thumb top layer started to peel off so I went back up there and got the guy to fix it, few days all my nails started to flake off so I went back up there and he took the top layer off and redid it, but guess what the next few days after my nails yet again started doing the same thing.
The guy is awesome, but the lady is not, she made me feel as I inconvenienced her. I got my nails done just to have the turn around and go somewheres else and pay more to make sure they was done correctly.

Went in at 5:15 for a full set was told “we can get you next it’ll be about five minutes pick color so I want to do so as I’m looking through the Neal demos. I was told come back tomorrow. We have something we have to do” OK, I get it. People are busy after work. No big deal then someone walks in And as I’m walking out, I hear them tell this person it’ll be five minutes go pick a color. This was completely unprofessional and unappreciated. I have been coming to this salon every two weeks for the last couple of years we will no Be coming to this establishment for Services

I got a manicure with gel polish. No lotion or oil was used on my hands. He did clean the nail beds and cleaned up the cuticles. The experience was mediocre. I would not recommend them for a manicure.

I went in for a quick pedicure and manicure just simply painting my toes and my fingers and I was charged $100 and literally the next day my fingers were already messed up. The top layer of clearcoat was coming off and chipping already, but they were closed because of Fourth of July so I could not get them fixed, so I put on my topcoat and tried to fix them as best I could at home but charging somebody $40 to paint their fingernails and they’re messed up the next day is not worth my time or my money!!!! Worst nail salon in Gilmer!! Oh and the owner was very rude in the parking lot to me until he realized I was a paying customer!!!

Worst nail salon, literally got my nails done 4 days ago and two have already chipped and broken, never again! Even after my nails were done I had to reshape them myself because they were so wide and shapeless I would leave no stars if I could, Definitely not worth the price!

Horrible!! the worse pedicure i have ever had and i did the white tip and after a week my toes turned brown!!! Their nails omg they look terrible I am telling you dont go there!!!!Services: Pedicure
