Bought two used tires and had nothing but problems with the car the very next day after that. They tried to say 2 wheels were bent, turns out they sold me a BAD TIRE and failed to BALANCE them at all. They lied and tried to cover for themselves. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I have lived in Gilmer for 17 years and this store is the BEST Tire store I have ever conducted business with. I trust the opinion of the owners and I trust the prices. What more do you want?! Now go and buy a tire or two!

Had 3 used tire placed on vehicle. Right front, left front, and right rear. Drove approximately 20 miles and tire began wobbling. Noticed that only 2 lug nuts were on the front right tire, 4 on the front left tire, and 4 on the rear right tire. There should be 5 on each tire. I called and spoke to Diane at the location and, to say the least, I was upset. After I spoke my claim, and I believe I was rude, she said she would find something out and call me back. When she called me back, she stated her husband told her the lug nuts were already missing when the vehicle came to them. They should have said something about them missing then, if they were in fact missing in the first place. What upsets me is the fact that a woman and kids were in the van and that could have been very severe if the tire would have came off. The incompetence of this tire shop is astounding. I am for all small businesses but this could have been a very bad situation. When I told her that if an accident would have occurred the liability would have fallen on them for their incompetence, she disagreed and and said “whatever “. If people do use this incompetent tire shop, look over your vehicle when they are done, and don’t leave before then. They lack responsibility and maturity.

They messed up a stud on my wheel he tired to fixed but had to go back. But by returning he gave me a good deal on changing the stud our and replace it and another one
