I have had oil and transmission leaks since I bought my vehicle years ago, I brought it up to WebbWorks and these guys got all the leaky seals and gaskets replaced in a few hours or less! This is my go to recommended mechanic shop, these guys always fix what's needed in great time!

Brought my truck here hesitantly instead of my regular mechanic because it broke down in gilmer. Ended up being the linkage cable and webb works fixed it for me in 20 minutes and charged just $100. Everyone there was super friendly and the whole experience felt super honest and sincere. I would definitely bring my truck back here in the future if needed.

High rates, then when I went back after they made a mistake they said would be fixed due to it coming back to me with a new problem they tried to charge me again. Had the problem tried and trued, after they went back on their original word of fixing their mistake I’ll never go here again. Worst service of my entire life. I’d close it down honestly. “Yes, the mechanic is likely responsible, as an EVAP check engine light after a fuel pump replacement often indicates a problem with the installation, such as a loose seal, a disconnected hose, or damaged wiring. You should return to the mechanic immediately, document the issue in writing, and request they diagnose and correct the problem at their expense.”-multiple mechanics. Reply for direct sources.

Courteous on the phone and always calls to give an explanation and estimate of the work before hand.
There are many employees at WebbWorks , but the one behind the Counter that you will initially talk with most of the time is John- he makes the connection easy to maneuver when bringing a vehicle to this business.

We have a jeep and a truck and they have worked on both. They are fast, efficient and affordable. They are also knowledgeable about what the issue is/may be. We are happy with their services and will be back when need arises.

Mr Webb is a class act. Reasonable rates....I have never been over charged, and a couple of times saved me a couple of hundred dollars by recommending different fixes. Definitely does not try to reach deep in your pocket. Acetaminophen friends all use this place as well!

Took my car in to be checked out and was told that one fuel injector was bad and needed to be replaced $200 job ok that’s ok let’s fix it but my money wasn’t right so I told them I’ll bring it back when I had the money so I did bring it back later on and the car sit there for a week and I call to check on the status and was told by the parts worker as he called him self that the car was a piece of junk and that no one need to pull it in the shop to work on and that a wrecker needs to come in and take it off I immediately had to change my plans for that day and leave my work to get there before my car was hauled off somewhere that I couldn’t had found it . Never been treated so bad from the company before I’ve been there a few times before and this haven’t happened before what’ so different not I ask ?

After going back several times I decided to leave my review. First time, they replaced something in the engine, I think pistons. Same problem, they replaced the engine, it works but no power, I couldn't even pull a trailer. The light engine came on, they supposedly fix it but more like reset it, same problem, no power and when it's hot it almost dies. Replaced catalytic converter, same problem. I kept letting him know if the engine with "120,000" why there's no power?? You'd think power would be restored. I stopped coming, and I keep spending,even tho the engine has been replaced. I would not recommend this place. Honesty is a gift from God. You made money but you lost me and perhaps more customers when they read this. I am completely disappointed.

This place is extremely honest and fair! They do a great job! We have taken our vehicles several times for different issues ( we have older cars) and have been extremely satisfied! Call John, he is wonderful to deal with!
