I've dealt with ABC in Paris on several occasions but never the one in Gladewater until this past weekend. Jake, helped me and he has top notch customer service skills. He was helpful, knowledgeable and jumped right on replacing my battery, despite it being cold as all get out. I wish ABC had locations closer to Houston, I'd never shop anywhere else.

I was looking for LED headlights and I called the store first to make sure that they were in stock. They were, so I went to the store and purchased them! Harley installed the for me and I was good to go! This store has some amazing employees!

After having some minor issues, I went to visit this location. Rozlind C. was wonderful from the time I entered. She greeted me with a smile, checked and tested the things I asked her about and even went above and beyond carrying my battery to my vehicle. What amazing service! You for sure can’t find that often these days.

Very friendly and helpful people. I would rather go there for my parts and to get someone who cares for you instead of going to someone who tells you that you change out your headlights in your car cuz they don't know what they are saying! If you don't know the answer then don't give a bogus answer! ?

Walked in the employee Cameron greeted and helped me find the wiper blade size i needed the other female employee refused to greet me ignored other customers and walked in back and hid until I left as a employee in customer service I found this to be extremely rude unproffesional

Such great service! Our car battery was dead. Got the car jump started and took it straight here! They put the new battery in and took the old one. John was the technician and did a great job! In and out in less than 15 minutes!!!!
