Tried to buy natrol melatonin that had a 5 dollar coupon on it. Was using self checkout since no employees were near register. Coupon wouldn't work. Employee came over but told me it was expired even thorough products were stocked by staff day prior. She refused to honor coupon so I walked out. Their prices are too high to not honor prices on shelves or coupons employees put on product. Both products did not ring up price on tags on shelf. If you shop here pay attention because they will rip you off and overcharge you.

A very busy location. I have had good experiences with the boots on the ground staff. They deserve 4 Stars but I need CVS mgmt to notice this review.
0 STARS for corporate CVS!? Why are there no hand sanitizer dispensers at the pharmacy customer windows…Germ central!! Most of those people stepping up and touching that counter and card scanner will likely have some kind of contagious germ they will transfer by touch. CVS’ lack of concern for their customers and their staff is inexcusable!!! I wonder if their failure to protect customers is a corporate policy to keep (sick) customers coming back. The flu and strep are rampant in Longview and DFW. CVS has a responsibility to teach and protect!!

I don't know what's wrong with CVS pharmacy in Gladewater but something sure is!The staff is sometimes very nice,other times rude. They don't follow through with Dr/patient requests even though you repeatedly keep checking on the progress. They always have an excuse as to why something isn't done when it's supposed to be. I don't know if they don't have enough man hours to do their jobs properly,if not they need to have more hours allotted to them. They definitely DO NOT go above and beyond! After my most recent experience I will be trying another CVS, taking money out of our small community. What a shame.

Place is a joke, line out the door everytime I'm there slowest moving place ever, then when you finally make it the counter your scripts aren't all the way ready even though you got a confirmation text saying it was, beyond frustrating.

I try to call and got hung up on 2 times. I cannot refill my controlled medications without talking with them. Very aggrevating !

Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they say they’re going to be. The staff is mostly nice. I try to take into consideration the job they have to do, the people they have to deal with, etc. but it’s SO frustrating when you have sick kids, get out of the house to get their meds, only to be told “sorry we’re going to lunch in ten minutes, try again in about an hour.” It’s like this every single time, but sadly this is our closest pharmacy :(

If I could I would give this location 0 stars because of Special Kay. Special Kay is by far the rudest "customer service" associate I've ever experienced anywhere! After informing my girlfriend that it takes up to 20 minutes for coupons to reach their system from my girlfriends phone Special Kay kept her attitude. After getting in the car my girlfriend decided to go back in and purchase something that she needed to purchase earlier but felt Special Kay didn't want to do her job so she decided not to get it the first time around. I returned into the store and watched as Special Kay rudefully threw my girlfriends item in the bag displaying her "customer service". As we were walking out I turned to Special Kay and informed her "Maybe next time, do not throw people's products in the bag!"
