First time trying this salon, I can't express how pleased I am with my gel mani/pedi. It had been quiet awhile since my pedicure 😳 my feet looked 😱 but she did magic on them.

I went to VIP nails in lindale. They messed up my actual nails for MONTHS. Had to wait for them to grow back out fully.
I was picking up at CVS in Gladewater & decided to google nail salons near me. Future nails popped up. Wasn’t a bad rating so I decided to give it a shot. Tweety was fantastic ! Quick & almost perfect. I am very happy with her service. The picture was taken the next morning at home , after working our homestead that night. Husband approved BTW.

Absolutely amazing salon. I was from out of town and wasn't sure where to go for acrylic. I made an excellent choice by going here. They are perfect and strong. Thank you for all your kindness. ❤️

Awful all the way around. My sister came in to get nails done. She asked for shellac and they gave her old school acrylic and said it was the same thing! They were thick, bumpy and they filed her nails so roughly that they made her cuticles bleed. She called to ask if they could be corrected and they told her to come in. When she went in they were rude and condescending. To top it all off these nails were getting done for our mom's funeral. When my sister explained that she was upset about the nails, their response was "she wants nails for party and now she doesn't want ". Such an awful thing to say to a customer who is grieving. I am not so sure this business is fully licensed to do nails. They were very uninformed when asked questions about their products, the service was poor and the professionalism was void.

My reason for one star is because of she ripped me and my niece out of money she told me this morning on the phone that for gel nails would be 45 dollars but then she said it was 130 dollars so I will never go back to her ever again ???

Twenty always does an excellent job. I only go in once every 5 weeks to get my nails done. They last forever. I get acrylic with gel on top.

Went and got my eyebrows done just for her to put a plug in my right eyebrow and space them to much and one eyebrow is higher then da other one. then told me my eyebrows were like that already but I had a picture I took a hour before I got there and it was no plug in my eyebrows she messed up and still charged me 15$ and would not take accountability for her mess up I’ve been going to her for years since she opened up and never have she did this to me but since I went to somebody else to get my nails done it’s like she’s been messing up but this was my last time going that’s for your poor work
