I moved from a small town of similar size on the west coast to here and was shocked by how little inventory there was in this store. Did everything end up overpriced in antique stores or with internet resellers? My old town's Goodwill was twice the size and always jam packed with everything used we needed at good prices. People with little money need our donations, so that's what I'm aiming to do. I will donate all I can here - not for Goowill, but for the citizens of Gladewater!

To be a Goodwill and second hand items, I must say that I was very impressed with the amount of clothing and household items that they had in stock for resale. Very well kept up too.

Ms Clark the manager is rude saying they throw there stuffed animal donations out cause there "nasty" well I'm not going there anymore its on my list of places not to go

This is a nice clean Goodwill. It is expensive like all of the rest of them nowadays but they miss some things & you can still get a great deal. The only bad thing I have to say is that someone has been smoking in that building and it reeks! It smells so so bad, I immediately got a headache walking in.

Not impressed at all. After calling to verify that the Gladewater Goodwill would be excepting donations we drove 45 minutes only for them to tell us they couldn’t take any donations…… due to every excuse imaginable. not even knowing what we had….. several bags of new clothes…. Christmas gifts….. household stuff…. Electronics. It’s terrible that we couldn’t be a blessing to someone less fortunate because of a lady not interested in doing her job. I will say at least the other donation locations told us they couldn’t take any instead of lying.

They have taken the "good" out of Goodwill for me with their no-return policy. I shop for my elderly brother because he can't get to the store. Not allowing me to return items/clothes that don't fit makes it harder. The reason I bought the shoes was the employee assured me I COULD return them within 1 day. I regret the direction of the country lately.

I travel to Gladewater to see my son every summer. We always come to this store to look around. I have found something I love every time. It is truly worth the trip.

This a great place to shop on a budget they have any and everything you might possibly want. The people that work there are so inviting, friendly, and helpful. The store is always clean and organized well.
