They have a knowledgeable staff who find the parts you need quickly. The inventory is large so chances are they will have what you need in stock. If they don't, the orfering process is quick and easy and you have options for when and where to receive your part.

Great place to find most all your automotive needs for us average DIYers working on our autos. They have mostly all you need.Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.Shelves are usually well stocked.Usually kept clean and easy to find items.

The lack of automotive knowledge is crazy here. I don't expect parts sales people to be mechanics but would be nice if they actually knew what a car was. Better to just order online and save yourself the frustration of dealing with these fools.
