If I could give any lower than a 1 star I would. This man was extreamly unprofessional. If you want your stuff stolen by the people who work there and then accused of stealing your own stuff then this is the place for you!We had no problems with this storage place until our unit was broken into. The man told us since there was no damage to the facility we must have stolen our own belongings. There was no consolation or empathy from him when said our things had been taken and immediately he claimed we had to have stolen our own things because there wasn't any forced entry.There's only two people with keys being us, with one key to share per person and them (the owners) with the only other key. Had he not immediate been on the defensive front we may have thought someone could have picked the lock and stolen things.He didn't make a report to any of the other users, we know this because we stopped to ask other unit owners. Do not come here or to any of the other units he owns. Terribly unprofessional and a salty old man.

I wouldn't recommend this storage to anyone. They lack cameras and any sort of security. Got robbed (by someone who had a key) and they had the audacity to tell us we robbed ourselves. I was the only one with a key and I was the one who found it that way. So that means someone with access to a spare got in there.
