Take his partnership! He was very unprofessional, charged me miles I didn’t use, told me truck was 30 dollars when I got there he said $100 dollars and that I’ll be reimbursed what I didn’t use. Took him 4 days just to check the truck in which was weird never gave no paperwork, no receipt and just flat out lied for days! I looked at his reviews and they are horrible, I wouldn’t recommend nobody to him to get scammed ! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS IT WOULDNT BE ONE FOR HIM!

Husband made the pick up for 4:15 we got there at 3:40 expecting to be home by 4:20. Husband called the guy and told him we were already there and he said okay I’m on my way, 30 minutes went by and nothing my husband texted him and he said on my way ten minutes later, at this point it was passed closing time and nothing guy still never showed up keep waiting for him and he didn’t show up. Unreliable ?

Because of Becky I'm giving 4 Stars. We moved from AZ to TX. I liked the Ubox I received. It was nicer than I expected & came with moving blankets. Conveniently dropped off & picked up for storage then shipped to New home. However, when we tried to arrange delivery to our home a Nightmare began. After hours on the phone with multiple people for days- Paid to have Box delivered to home then told they couldn't deliver it??? Thanks to Becky we were able to get our Ubox delivered as scheduled. Now it's all cleaned out with blankets waiting to be returned to Uhaul.Thanks Again Becky & Kera! Excellent Customer Service & Support!

I’m so upset because they gave me false information. I pay for Insurance & the guy who helped us said I was going to get half of my insurance money back if nothing happened to the rental. When I return it nobody gave me back some money, I called everywhere & nobody did anything. They told me they never return money & I needed to call the guy cause I return it in another state. Till this day I’m still upset & didn’t get no money back

Inhumane and takes advantage of the homeless. Hires and refuses to pay employees. The owner recently worked an individual for six days and paid him $70, claiming that he "didn't get change yet." This type of behavior is sickening. He's just a fake Christian preying on men who are trying to get back on their feet and should be immensely ashamed of himself. Reporting him to the BBB for how he has chosen to treat people.
