If I have ever needed money back due to a machine having problems he has always been there to reimburse me. If he wasn't there he made a point to get it to me.I even had a problem with my sunroof on my Lexus and he helped me make sure that the rain didn't get into it”

“I had an issue with a membership that I thought had been canceled, but it turned out to be on my end. When I brought it to their attention, Anne and the team at Dino Express Car Wash went above and beyond to make it right.
Anne was incredible to work with she took ownership of the situation, kept me informed, and worked through what I know wasn’t a simple refund process. They ended up refunding the charges and made sure everything was handled the right way.
What really stood out was the customer service. I even went back to sign up for a new membership and tried not to accept the gift cards they offered, but they insisted. That says a lot about how they treat people.
Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters and they handled it the right way. Truly a 5-star experience.”
