We stayed at this hotel to explore the state parks in the area. The staff are extremely helpful, rooms were impeccable, and breakfast was delicious. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at this hotel and plan to return in the future.

This was the location of our latest family reunion. We enjoyed the town and a touch of the attractions available locally. The staff at the hotel was most excellent. Our rooms were clean and nice, and our meeting space was wonderful.

Janet your very welcoming, friendly, and take the time to listen to customer needs. We appreciate that extra attention. Thank you Mandy and Diana for providing some of the necessitates that were missing from our room. You both were very kind. I need swimming exercising due to my doctor's recommendations. Yet, this time the pool did not seem clean. I was disappointed. Debra, your a great manager! My wife and I know you. We will see you in September to swim again. Thank you so much!
Rooms: Beautiful renovation. The rooms were comfortable. We loved the colors of the interior of the hotel. I am sorry you had to start from scratch. That had to be difficult. Yet, you made a masterpiece. Good for you!!

Had some booking issues at first but they were diligent in making sure we were taken care of. They made it right in the end even though we were at fault to begin with. Thankful for their customer service.

This was the best experience so far that I’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express. We stayed the end of July for a family member’s funeral. The young lady at the front desk contacted us to tell us our room was ready early. When we arrived, she was very kind and she had automatically upgraded us. She seemed to be the only one there and was handling the front desk as well as cleaning the entrance. When we checked out the next day, she told us if we needed anything, to stop back by. We stay regularly at IHG hotels and we’ve had very good experiences, but this young lady was excellent!

Great place to stay. Rooms were very nice. The rooms and rest of the hotel was very clean,and it was quiet and peaceful. Staff was very nice as well. Definitly would recommend staying here.
Rooms: Rooms seem to be newly updated and very clean.
Nearby activities: Dinosaur Valley State Park, and Creation Museum.

Noteworthy details: Had a suite, the ac was not working very good, stayed around 72 degrees. Other than that a decent experience and great value.

It's good, but the rooms are not cleaned well, the one I stayed in, they only changed the towels and half tidied the beds. The carpet was dirty and there were many dead insects.
