“The front desk person was very personable. He was there when we checked in in the afternoon and all the next day and I saw him in passing the day we checked out. I am assuming they are understaffed, but he was a pleasure to work with.
The room had a musty smell and was also damp. It stayed damp the entire 2 days. It had not rained so I was unable to tell what happened or why. My partner said he didn't notice.
The only other complaint was that we got locked out of our room due to some glitch and housekeeping did not clean or bring fresh linens.
The hotel is close to fossil Rim and Dinosaur National Park. Great location. Lots of other things to do while in Glen Rose.”
