I thought that I had stepped back into the 70s and 80s due to her customer care. She went above and beyond taking care of a simple lightbulb replacement that I was not in the position of doing.
I can’t say a lot about previous management because I haven’t always left there satisfied. I think any of my future visits will be good since it is such a rare thing to see customer service like the customer care I received today, in today’s world.
