This place went downhill, and fast. As others have mentioned, the bathroom is disgusting. One urinal was inop for months. Only 1 sink works, the other has been broken longer than the urinal has. There's rarely any fresh food, especially pizza slices. If there is any pizza, they will only sell you 2 slices with a coke product. Don't want 2 slices and a coke? Sorry, that's the only way they sell it. If you have to stop here before 5am, good luck getting someone to check you out, they're more interested in baking cookies. The self checkout has been disabled since just about the day it was installed. The manager has employees lock the back door in the evening, because of theft apparently. If you're there and there's a fire, don't try to escape out the back, because you know preventing theft is more important than providing emergency egress.

This 7-11 always sucks for food and beverage. Went for a hot dog. The mustard pump didn't work, the catsup pump didn't work, and no onions relish or Sauerkraut in the cold tray. So opted for nachos. Cheese and Chili are both empty. And no napkins anywhere to be found. I have by come by for coffee in the mornings, but they are alway out of cold creamer, no stir sticks, and again, no napkins. As far as cold drinks, they have the basic pops. Only white monster not much varied on other energy drinks. I think they're just cheaping out. Too bad it's the closest to my house.
Lowered my review to 1 star. Again this store is not upto proper 7-11 expected standard for cleanliness and food quality. Seems grill items are always left too long and nothing prepping for service.
12-23-24Why do I keep coming into this store. Today again-- This place is only good as a gas station went to get a hot dog, but all the hot dog boxs are ripped in half so had to grab the correct 2 pieces to build a container. Wanted some nachos, at least the cheese was warm, but no jalapeños. Worst 7-11 repeatedly the worst. Too bad I the closeness too me. Only good as a gas station.

Was great when it opened. Less so, now. Employees are foreigners and sometimes do their best to help and understand what you are asking, but some couldn't care less, or know what to do. Parking space for my semi truck for off hours to get a grab and go, with two ways out, one being a traffic light to the 35 interstate. Ice machine is out for now. They never change the windshield washer station. It smells like a stagnant fishing pond. Most paper towel stations are working. If you are in a 4 wheeler, you may do OK, here, unless you are spoiled with full washer wands, maintained fuel islands and fresh food. Typically, pellet ice, no food on deck, these days. Restrooms are acceptable. Best to just wait for a Love's or Flying J truck stop.

Store was great when it first opened. Now it seems like any other 7 eleven. The men's bathroom is disgusting. Sinks and mirrors are never touched. A urinal has been broken for months. Drink stations are horrible. Slurpee stations hardly ever work and mislabeled. I was elated when this store was being built but now very disappointed. Going to start going to Red Oak.

I spend 45 dollars on gas that they couldn’t refund me. The place is always filthy and never clean, even the windows and floors are nasty here. This included the grill that’s is greased to the top. The cashiers always pick the wrong pump due poor English. Unacceptable. Please keep driving to better place. They are scammers her. Never even got the gas that I paid for. They want you to wait in the morning because they refuse to do refunds. The worst experience I have ever had at a gas station.

So iv been working in this area for the past month or so and This place is Absolutely the best 7 eleven I have ever been to. Every single person here is Amazing. They are always nice,very respectful. The bathrooms and parking lot is always clean. Not once have i came here and seen anything dirty.Honestly if all the 7 elevens were like this I'd always go there. Unfortunately my job is soon to be completed and will not be in this area anymore. But this will be the place I ever stop at if I'm ever around!!! Great customer service. I recommend anyone to come here for sure if yall need any gas, food, or to use the bathroom.

This location was okay for a while but has since gone downhill. Thr coffee station is always filthy. The coffee machines never work. The employees are rude. The bathrooms are disgusting. I was excited when they first opened this location but after about two months this one is just as bad as the ones in south dallas. They need new cashiers, new management, new machines, new everything!

Usually go here because it’s close to my home.. Lately the service is NOT IT. Food is burnt no matter the time of day… Cashiers are disrespectful. Man dropped my change on the counter to keep from touching my hand. Dude your searching for boogers at the register I don’t want to touch you either ?
