Horrible Horrible experience!!!!!!!! I live down the street so coming to this gas station is convenient for me I come here frequently and I’ve had some not good encounters not sure her name but she’s the short lady with long hair she has been rude multiple times and the very last time I went she was just talking under her breath but loud enough where I could here her just cussing. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to stoop to her level. If she doesn’t like that job she needs to quit instead of treating customers like crap! Things need to change around here.

Mrs. Shorty and the cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. The store is is always stocked with stuff that I like.

If i could leave negative stars I would, the cashier girl named Ronni with black and pink hair is very rude!!! lies about customers, hangs up on customers who call the store and refuses service to anyone she deems unattractive 🙃

Some dude named Ronnie acted like he worked there and was so racist and ableist me and my whole bus of people had to leave. At least 20 different paying customers lost because he doesn't like black people or autistic kids.

To be in customer service it takes a lot , no doubt as you never know who is next . I been coming to this store since it’s opening day. The owner greets me as I him . Not sure he is aware but this makes strike 2 first it was a altercation with my wife . I went the next morning said something and he defended his employee and I let it go. I went in one morning didn’t say a word till spoken too and I replied then ask a question while 2 people had come up with different things as I was the actual customer and the employee went left as I did something wrong . I again blew it off.
Today I went in purchased at the machine and ticket never came out $50 at that. Short one took my name blah blah and then said it might drop later . I said what , allowing someone to take it ? I presume and it was made clear they aren’t paying attention which I understand . So you can’t take out if service unplug or do anything ? Just sol I do believe I herd .. you know I understand things but to be spoken too in the manner and just totally put in a position of total jaw drop . I would like to know how does a rep of a facility conduct themselves as such continue employment . No doubt they are what seems to be a good employee but that mouth needs help attention or checked . I have never disrespected as I’m a kid of military parents and was not brought up that way. But to totally not do anything yell at me and as if I held the place up come on.
Mrs shorty I have never done anything said anything or made any negative remark , today you lost my respect. I know you could care less and I see you are friendly to some and not on others but I’m in my 50’s and deserve better respect . You lost mine and rather go off and start more I will just draw the line right now. This is how issues get escalated you made two personal issues there won’t be another so don’t go there. My kindness is gone now

My husband and I will be no longer using this gas station after today. The cashiers are rude and so is the owner. I use to use the gas station ever week and so did my husband. But after how I was spoke today we will not. And the fact they think it’s ok to take money from customer and not refund it is horrible. So if you all want to use an exxon go to one of the ones in Redoak, despots or the other one in Glenn heights. Cause this one is horrible.

I went this morning to pump gas and the gas station doesn’t let me put the gas on my car , I went back inside to see if they can open the pump and this cashier was really rude and she said that I really put the gas but I didn’t, she ask me to leave the store and I told her how if my car doesn’t have any gas on it and the cashier was really rude she didn’t gave me my money back she just stole my money , the owner need to do something with this tape of cashier ( the cashier said that I pump my $20 on gas but why the dispenser shows the last transaction?)
