“O my goodness, this place felt like home the moment I walked in.... Nancy greeted me at the door, she explained everything, she was SO NICE AND FRIENDLY!!!! I had applied and paid online, and a few minutes after she called and we arranged to meet within the hour, it was like running into an old friend she was such a kind person, she followed me to my outside unit showed me the unit which had a little welcome bag waiting, she made sure I knew how to use the lock, I have never used this storage company before but so far it's much better than my experience with Public storage a few years back”
