“I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and this morning I get a message complaining about after hours when we don't even go at night. This company should never send messages that a loyal customer has not done. It feels like we're going to have a problem now I'm considering moving companies. Plus the rates have increased by the double after 5 & 9 months. Before 2020 it was an increase of $50 every year like a normal contract. Not anymore. Its a shame. This location has been absolutely wonderful but corporate is Messing up with the auto texting”

My son moved down here from Tulsa Oklahoma just before Christmas and I had talked to him about a unit and price but my son ended up going to Mansfield and realized he messed up by going there and when I called him this morning even though he was closed today being New Year's Eve he went ahead and opened up to help me get my son a nice and very secure building with a lot of security .I can never thank him for what did for me.Rod your the MAN.I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a honest business owner.You just never find this kind of honestly in today's business .”
