“Very impressed with this Discount Tire! These guys/gals are great! Every time I walked in they greeted me. After buying new tires for my truck (at the best price I found) I had a puncture in one tire. They patched it, but I noticed a slight leak over the period of a couple of weeks. I took it back in and they simply replaced the tire. Now, I do have the “certificate” that I purchased with the new tires, but they didn’t push back, complain, make an excuse or anything. Great team there! They also got the replacement tire the very next morning! Amazing to do business with a place that treated me like a VIP. Thank you! Jack and the others are excellent!”

The owners work at the shop and always seem to know most people that come in. I’ve had tires, alignment work, oil changes, fluid changes, and other general maintenance done here, and they’ve always been honest, helpful, and fair.
It’s hard to find a shop you can really trust, but this is one of those places. They do solid work, explain things clearly, and never make you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable auto service.”

“I grew up with a mechanic who took care of all our cars until he passed away when I was in my early twenties. After moving to Dallas, I struggled to find a trustworthy mechanic, whether at a small shop or a dealership. I often encountered issues such as incomplete work, mistakes, or even had to request my old parts back to ensure I was receiving the services I paid for.
However, I accidentally discovered Carlin's when I lived in Duncanville for a year, and it has been an amazing experience. This place is incredible – they don't try to upsell you. Instead, they explain what repairs are needed, what can wait, and what can't. Their pricing is fair and honest, and all the technicians are polite, professional, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable. They do fantastic work!
I assure you, you won't regret going to Carlin's. It’s almost a one-stop shop, and I believe they plan to expand their services to include front-end alignments, which would cover almost everything you need. If there’s something they can't do, they’ll let you know and refer you to someone reliable.
I truly hope this place lasts for another 25 years, as that’s about how long I have left on this Earth. I would love to know that I can rely on Carlin's for every car I own in the future, without worrying about whether the vehicle will be safe and roadworthy. It wouldn't let me post this without a photo so I'm posting a picture of the car they worked on which was a 2018 Chevrolet Sonic LT which by the way they no longer make on the parts are from Mexico and Canada which can be expensive and hard to find but I never have any issues when I take it to Carlin's.”
“Got to the worksite between Lancaster and Wilmer, when my low tire pressure indicator came on, drove to Chuco’s Tire Shop, they fixed my punctured tire quickly, checked the air on all my tires, with fast, friendly, and great service, and I was back on the job site quickly. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and cost me only $20. I may drive all the way from Dallas to have my tires serviced here next time. Thanks,

“Had a terrible flat tire out of the blue and stopped by. Literally didn’t even get out of the car - they plugged my hole from a screw in less than 5 min and had me out! This will be my go to spot”
“It was a little waited but they were busy the man that plugged my tire was okay. I told him I needed my tire plugged he raised the truck looked at the tire and came and said "Are you sure it's this tire?" Just as I looked at him with wide eye? he said oh I see it. Now the thing he never took my tire off the truck pulled , plugged and leak check with tire still on my truck. That was cool.Only gave 4 stars because he questioned my knowledge of which tire it was.”

“I was on I-35 South and had a tire blow out on my late father's trailer when I pulled over I started looking for somewhere to help then I saw Masseys wheels! I'm disabled so it's hard for me do get around at times so I was soo happy to see them about 20 yards away! The owner helped me out greatly, he found the tires I needed and he and one of his worker put on the tires! It was cheaper than I expected and he was very professional and genuine! I highly recommend them even if you don't blow a tire on the freeway! Please check them out!”
