Bummed I went once and had the best experience with Sandra. Would rate a 5 for the hair cut and interaction! Looked forward to coming a second time. Tried to call because I lost her card to see about getting scheduled with her for same day next day even 3 days out. Held for 30 secs then was hung up on. Called 2 mins later no answer. That was my third time calling same day trying various of times as they are i was assuming a busy business. Sucks made me instantly want to find business else where.

tried to take my daughter for a haircut with a scheduled appointment and they made it seem as if it was an issue to cut her hair . very rude customer service and made us feel like it was an issue to get a trim and v cut shape . they can eat rocks .

Wow! I made an appointment with Valerie and she was Amazing! She is very caring and personable. Great stylist as well. She worked with me to find out what I wanted to achieve and was just wonderful! I think I've found my new stylist! Super friendly atmosphere. This place is great!

I love coming here! MI come from my expectations to beyond my expectations, my stylist Amanda she’s always did amazing job! She’s still work when she’s pregnant and even more when she’s like 3 weeks due she still did awesome highlights to my hair, very recommend to come to this place.

My husband gets his hair cut at Upcuts. He’s been going to Sandra for almost 20 years. I desperately needed a hair style and decided I would try Sandra as well. I have fine, frizzy, naturally curly hair and I usually cry when I get home from the salon, but I made an appointment with Sandra anyway. She was so good at listening to what I wanted and then gently gave advice when I asked for it. She was easy to talk to and very personable as well. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was so surprised!. I LOVED my new hair style for the first time in 20 plus yrs! I will definitely go back when it needs trimming. So nice to finally find someone that can cut my crazy hair. Thank you, Sandra!

Nereyda (Neri) is amazing!!!!!! My hair was lifeless and she brought it back to life!!! I had not gone to a salon in over 7 years and I had trust issues. Nery took all my worries away and she gave me soooooo much advice for my hair and I am forever grateful. She gained a #lifelongcustomer!! Thank you so much Neri. See you in two months.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone of the staff is sweet and friendly! It’s a joy to walk into the building!Sandra, the owner, is wonderful! Nettie is my stylist and I can’t recommend her enough.All of the Stylists are great! You couldn’t go wrong with any of them!
