So far my experience after moving here has been a nightmare. Helen and Kenzie could not have been more rude on the phone when I was simply asking a question. The only helpful person has been Kim so far. I just want my mail without unnecessary drama or constantly having to track it down. In our 20 yrs in Burleson, we never had to track packages down.

One of the worst post offices, dirty and not very good customer service. Only open 6 hours a day, closed for hour and a half 1-1/2, from 12-130 instead of being properly staffed and being open 8 hours a day.

Mail box key doesn't work. Called the post office in Godley to explain that the key doesn't work. Woman was upset and said she's tired of having locks fixed. Still can't get my package and post office lacks customer service.

Why is there no local phone number?
So there is no way to contact anyone at the local office, just call the national computer assist phone number which gets you nowhere.

I am not very happy with how my situation is being handled. I received an email saying my package was delivered. I have not see my package. I called this post office and spoke to someone and he took my name and number and was going to talk to someone and see what he could find out. That same day I drove my mailbox and the mail lady was out there so I stopped and talked to her about my package. Her response was shes good about not misplacing packages. I said Im not trying to be rude but I know accidents happen, its the holiday season too. Well I ended up calling back to the post office 2 days later and the same man told me that he spoke to our mail lady and she had reported that we looked though the mail together to see if it was in there. That is not a true statement. I feel like they think that I am lying about my package and they are not being any help trying to find my package.

Service seems to vary widely at this post office. I came on Wednesday (10/11/23) around noon to a gentleman who had no idea at all about international shipping. I had calculated the price beforehand on the USPS website and knew that the package would cost about $200. The man came up with over 650 dollars in his calculation. This is not only cheeky, but fraud! Never again.(By the way, in the end the package really did cost a little over 200 dollars at USPS).

In December 2022 I shipped a box from this post office with 12 items. Only 1 item was in the box when my son received it. On May 11, 2023 I received notice that an item was placed in a parcel locker. It was not and I did not receive the item. Today May 13, 2023 I received notice of another item that was reported placed in a parcel locker. Again, no item was received. The numbers on the mail boxes are clearly marked and this is just sloppy handling and inexcusable by the post office.
