I had passport appointments for 3 people the lady, who is also the postmaster, got us all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. We were back in the car 9 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. She knew exactly what she was doing and was able to multi task without any hesitation. Highly recommend!!

Passport application process: very fast and efficient!
Made an appointment online ahead of time, no wait.
Had seen a lot of negative comments about the employee but had no trouble at all. I had all appropriate paperwork and documents ready and the employee was quick and to the point which I appreciated!
