Auto Parts in Goldthwaite, TX

“We drove 8 hours round trip to purchase our new Polaris Ranger from Hoffpauir Polaris in Goldthwaite, Texas and we can honestly say the trip was well worth it!

Unfortunately, shortly after getting home, we experienced an unexpected issue with our new Ranger. We contacted Mark at Hoffpauir and he and their team immediately stepped up and took care of everything. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made the entire situation as easy and stress-free as possible.

Things can happen, but what really matters is how a dealership takes care of its customers when they do. Hoffpauir truly stood behind their word and exceeded our expectations. Their communication, customer service, and willingness to make things right were exceptional.

After driving 8 hours to purchase from them, we would absolutely make the trip again. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Mark and the whole team at Hoffpauir Polaris to anyone looking for a Polaris. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

“Wasn't planning to stop in Goldthwaite but ran into trouble. The skid plate peeled back and began dragging. But the NAPA man behind the counter lent me the tool I needed to take it off. Smooth sailing now, citizen! Thanks for your kindness.”
