Based on the reviews, Central Texas TeleCommunications (CTTC) provides always great service and outstanding customer service. Customers have been with CTTC for years and have never had any issues. The customer service is always courteous, professional, honest, friendly, and on point. Fiber optic internet is great and super fast. Any minor issues were always fixed in a timely manner, with one technician driving 30 minutes out of town and staying until 12am to help. Another technician was very polite, respectful, and made sure everything was working before leaving. CTTC treats customers like family.

Best internet and customer service ever!! I've been a loyal customer for years and have never had any issues and what minor issues I have had it was always was fixed in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!!
