Charged me $300 to replace a $15 radiator hose. Out of the 2 years since I bought my new ATV, it has spent 4 months sitting in their shop, for repairs. It's still not running, but I'm going to fix it myself, to save time

Best experience I've ever had buying a UTV. Michael, the salesman was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. I live in Weatherford and drove to Goldthwaite (2 hours one way) to do business with Michael. Hoffpauir was several thousand dollars cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I had an issue with the machine shortly after my purchase, and Michael got me lined up with the service department, and they immediately took care of the issue. Hoffpauir is the only place where I will purchase a UTV or 4-wheeler. They are simply the best and worth the drive.

Michael helped us get hooked up with some awesome x3s!!! 5 months down the road one of this was having an issue we where on a time crunch to get out machine up and going. Call up Michael set me up with Rod drop up next day and they got us in and out. Thank you guys from sales to service everyone has been great. Definitely recommend this place for buying your next ride.

I took my atv in for a LOF. When I went to pick it up, the cost was over $400.00, they couldn't find my key fob, (it was in the ignition) when I loaded it up on my truck, I noticed they had not greased any of the fittings. Just made me wonder if they did the rest of the service. (I really need to mark all filters with the dates), so overall, I'm not impressed. They did send a mechanic out to grease it.

Polaris has been there 8+ weeks. When we went to pick it up they said it needed something else fixed. We've now waited another 2 weeks with NO communication. I called just now to check on it and they can't find it in the system. Service department needs to get it together.
