He isn't your high dollar fancy vet, he is your straight forward no nonsense vet that gets things done without the added expense. Ask me where I'm taking my pets and livestock? Gonna be mills county vet on hwy 16.

I'm so glad I found them! Saved me $100 today and the Vet was really gentle. It's worth the drive from surrounding little towns to get the care we got and be able to afford it better .

Dr. Miles is a great vet. He’s very caring and compassionate. He’s old school so if you want fluff and fancy, he’s not for you. He is a solid and knowledgeable vet who will take excellent care of your pets or livestock.
