“I lived here from 2021 to 2025. My unit had some issues, but management (Liz) was amazing about responding to issues quickly and being fair with rent, compensation, and communication. I know when I moved out she told me she wanted to resolve many of the issues my unit had that she could not do due to me living there. Never had an issue with other tenants. Everybody minded their own business and was respectful. Overall, if you need a decent place to live, these apartments will do you justice.”

“The past few months my landlord @ The Oak @Winding Way Carrien Orr has been amazing! I went yesterday for help from her and the response I received from her made me happy she was like if I can help you Ms.Brown I will she’s always so eager to help ! And we wouldn’t really have landlords here in Gonzales at this property I have lived here since 2019 & for some reason but anyway I would tell people we just here living but I can say NOT ANYMORE.Mrs Carrien is a wonderful landlord and FYI IF SHE CAN ASSIT YOU AND UR FAMILY SHE WILL !”
