“I travel for work and just happen to spend a few weeks in this town, and this gym was just 5mins from my hotel. To get a membership was as easy as can be, and I was especially happy that they had a "one month" plan for people who are just passing thru as I was. They have everything you need. Plenty machines and single weights. Not a BIG gym but it's enough space to be comfortable. Would definitely recommend”

“I was just looking, because of an impending hip readjustment. They have all types of weights, a pool, dance studio, racquetball/handball, basketball facilities. As well as a small Olympic pool, swimming/therapy and kiddie pool. They also have the trainers, therapists, etc. to help you. Plus a smoothie bar and when it's open, a health food bar. (Yeech ?)”
