I lived here from 2021 to 2025. My unit had some issues, but management (Liz) was amazing about responding to issues quickly and being fair with rent, compensation, and communication. I know when I moved out she told me she wanted to resolve many of the issues my unit had that she could not do due to me living there. Never had an issue with other tenants. Everybody minded their own business and was respectful. Overall, if you need a decent place to live, these apartments will do you justice.

These apartments were amazing! We lived there for about 3 years and we never had a complaint.
We started our family here and it was one of the most perfect places to do so. Management was amazing and always helpful when needed.
Would highly recommended for any families, overall just a great community there.

Would give 0 stars if possible, might as well be section eight housing minus the rent because there’s always a problem somewhere that’s takes them longer than it should to fix.

We have been living here for about to years now and we LOVE it. It's such a great place to start your journey with your little family. Everyone is so nice and friendly and overall such a great atmosphere to be in, but Liz is who really who makes this experience so special. She has ALWAYS been so helpful with any questions or concerns we have and has always gone above and beyond for us and everyone else. Will always recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Apartment complex Apartments are clean and ready to move in. Neighborhood is pretty nice and family friendly, right across the high school. Manager Liz was very helpful in our leasing process. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us and ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Financial problem? Apartment needs maintenance? Issues with the neighbors? No problem, Liz will make sure to handle it well. 10/10 would highly recommend!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently moved into Harmony Village, and I must say, it's been an absolute delight. Despite being older apartments, the care and dedication put into this community by the new manager, Liz, are truly remarkable.
Liz has transformed this place into a haven for families like mine, prioritizing safety and tranquility above all else. Her approach is both firm and fair, ensuring that every concern is heard and promptly addressed.
One of the first things you'll notice upon arrival is the immaculate grounds. The grass is meticulously maintained, and the parking lot is spotless—a testament to the high standards upheld here.
But what truly sets Harmony Village apart is the sense of camaraderie among the tenants. It's more than just a neighborhood; it's a community where everyone looks out for each other. From impromptu gatherings to lending a helping hand, the bond shared among residents makes it feel like home.

I lived there for 6 months and management was lazy and very unprofessional. A new owner came raised the rent bye 300 dollars and many tenants moved out. I was denied my deposit and was not given a pro rated rent return when I left. If you plan on living here be ready for a cheap coat of pant with only new appliances. The apartments are not worth 900 even with the cost of living being high. Also the manager got fired for stealing from her last job managing a complex( that’s what one of the other tenants had mentioned while I was there). Save you money and a headache, steer clear of this dumpster fire.
