“The lady I spoke with was very helpful particularly when I ask if there were any specials for senior citizens. She checked and said I definitely qualified and reduced the price to reflect my senior discount. This was 3 days before Texas was placed on a winter weather advisory. I was told I would receive my delivery in 7 to 10 days and I replied that I was going to be cold by then and that I understood because of the number of calls they were receiving. To my surprise and delight my propane was delivered 3 days later. The ability to break my bill into two payments was a huge relief because I would not have been able
to pay the full price.I truly appreciate the person I spoke withs patience, understanding and kindness. Her customer service was outstanding.
