“I’m overall very pleased with the service here. Originally, they had damaged the sleeves of my service coat, but the manager was very kind and refunded me for the cost of the cleaning and a new service coat. The cleaning is done by a third-party, and the specific employee who cleaned my clothes never showed back up to work. I’m happy because of the manager’s good communication when navigating such a complicated situation. The tailoring and sewing of the patches on my new service coat are fantastic.”
