My package was delivered on Saturday, it's now Wednesday evening and they have refused to give me my packages saying I am unable to pick them up myself. 🤦🏽♀️

Jo ann is the best usps employee! If its anyone else is there they are really crusty and have Terrible service. But jo ann always goes above and beyond has helped me many times very professional
