I cannot speak highly enough of Holiday Gordon Ford and its employees.
We were on a cross country road trip, and the truck began having issues. We Googled the closest Ford dealership and are so fortunate to have found this Ford facility.
Gabe and Shad were the best!
We were pretty frazzled, but they quickly assessed and resolved our problem; they literally saved our road trip by keeping us on track for our designated stops.

I have to share my experience. 2 years ago I had the best experience buying a car from Holiday in Whitesboro TX. My daughter was in an accident an need a car. I first thought was to look at Holiday we found a car that meets our need but was in Gordon Tx Holiday Ford. Not wanting to miss our chance we reached out our interest. Jason was super helpful explaining the car just got on the lot needs inspected and detailed. He kept us updated and it was ready that Monday. We drove an hour and a half to Gordon Holiday Ford. Had the best buying experience Jason helped us with his years of experience helping us with any cares and concerns. He also help us with local good restaurants and historic information that made our trip so much more than a buying experience. So some people name there cars. My daughter named hers Gordon. Thank you Jason and team for caring and compassionate to our needs.

I had a recall on my vehicle. I called and was able to set an appointment at my convenience. Took my car in and was able to get it back that same day. They took longer than the hour that they said (which was not a problem). They were very apologetic and kind. My vehicle was fixed and everything was great. The staff is very kind and the service manager was very helpful. Russell Stowe has always taken care of my family and still continues to do so. Holiday Gordon is great!! I highly recommend them!

Great experience, I have delt with this ford dealership since the mid eighties and it was just as good now that it is Holiday. So easy to get everything set up and we met up half way to pick up the truck and when I say half way it was about a 3 and a half hour drive for us both, as always it was great to see Russ!! Always honest and ready to make things easy for the buyer. We certainly will continue to buy from this dealership. We love the new truck and all the improvements, many thanks.
