Hemmingway's Possum Kingdom
3415 Scenic Point Rd, GrafordAn absolutely wonderful spot right on the lake. We were worried about being outside, but the breeze kept it tolerable.
Audrey was our server and she helped us so much on what to order. I got the blackened salmon, and my wife got the chicken fried chicken on her suggestion. Holy moly was it good!! We could have easily shared it. It was so tinder, yet crispy and absolutely perfect. The salmon was good, but the CFC was incredible.
The pecan old fashioned was very pecan-y but not overly sweet. You can't beat the views at sunset here!
