We rented the Breakfast Room to host a birthday party for a couple of hours. The staff were amazingly friendly and the room was very clean. Will definitely rent it again.

Awful just awful. Pool long out of service, not being repaired, not disclosed upon reserving. Filthy room. Hair all over bathroom. Floors in hall and room not vacuumed. Room smells. Ice machines not working. Rust and deferred maintenance everywhere. Dirty windows in room and lobby. Crappy breakfast junk food. Room not cleaned upon our return. Had to go to front desk at 10 pm to get clean towels. Very slippery tub with no bars or soap dish. Reservation for ground floor not honored. Card key given did not work, had to return to desk twice upon check in to get one that worked. Desk clerk not knowledgeable of BW policies. For a BW Plus, this place is a disaster. Suggest another place for your stay.

I had reason to contact Stormy this morning. She was every bit as gracious and helpful (and forgiving) as Nicole. You've got a great team.
We have to return, and it will be to your fine inn.

Best western tried to update the room but did a very poor job of finishing it. I will add pictures so you can see how terrible the bathroom was. It was something I would expect out of a $50 hotel, not a $200.

I have a list of complaints about this hotel: the bathroom trash was still full and unemptied from a previous customer, they had no problems with barking yapping dogs across the room from us that continually woke us up. (if you have a dog, then at least stay at the hotel with them and don't leave them there alone), the shower curtain had mold and brown spots ALL over it and the shower just felt dirty. Granted: this hotel is probably the nicest one in town if had to pick, but if able i'd try booking AirBNB or somewhere else before staying at this BW again. They really need an investor to come in and remodel/help this place.

From the moment I booked my trip at BW for a wedding coming up this hotel has been so accommodating and wonderful. I then had to cancel one of the nights due to not having someone to take care of my animals back home, they were so great at helping! Now having a dog sitter I just called and Elizabeth was able to help me add Friday back to my stay so that I don’t have to travel 5 hours straight and then go straight to a wedding and she made it happen with such ease!! As a mom with two littles coming with me on this trip stress has already become a normal factor in the trip and all of the staff at BW who I have talked to over the past couple months in planning this trip have truly gone above and beyond to help with me with anything I need help with! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Best hotel in the area to be honest with you. Others in the area are sketchy. Lady that was working with the continental breakfast was very pleasant.Started the breakfast a little bit earlier than expected. everything was hot and fresh and tasty. the room I had The door didn't close properly, so I had to keep slamming it to shut it and the toilet water was running a lot. Employees were all top notch. The rooms are just outdated.

I was initially assigned to room 107 and then was moved to room 108 after a couple of days. I had a horrible experience with bedbugs, which is why I was moved. The staff was not helpful and refused to admit there were bedbugs in the room. Along with the pictures of the bites I suffered, I also took and posted roaches in the room since I never experienced bedbugs in any other establishment or home. I would hate for anyone else to go through this.
