Beware of the new ownership! Not the same anymore. The customer service is horrendous, zero compassion or understanding and have the worst attitudes. 10’s of thousands of dollars spent with them as loyal customers and the new machines are already breaking. They are completely unwilling to make things right or satisfy a loyal customer. Spend your money where you are actually valued!!

We called cause our refrigerator wasn't getting cold. Nichole was very helpful and courteous,she called us right back like she said she would. Greg and James came out to look at it and fixed it,they were polite and very helpful also! Thank you all so much!

My refrigerator went out and was replaced THAT DAY!!! I just knew we were going to loose all of our food! But when I called them they sent me pictures to look at. We chose one at a great price and they delivered it that afternoon. Awesome customer service!!!

I purchased a washer and dryer that I was not satisfied with due to the fact that the washer would not stay in balance. Tracy and Brenda were wonderful to work with. Over a period of at least two weeks, Tracy came to our house and ran a load of laundry to figure out what was happening with the washer. The washer continued to go off balance after service and rebalancing. When asked what I wanted to do, I was offered a new set and they were installed last week. I so appreciate Brenda and Tracy working with me. Brenda and I spoke on the phone many, many times as we were working this out and she was incredibly patient and kind. By installing the washer that had some sort of design flaw it now has warranty issues. Casey's took the financial hit to make sure I was happy. I have used Casey's for several appliances at our home and now I know for sure I have made a smart choice!

We had a great experience. Our washer died, and the next day I saw a clean used washer on Craigs List. I called, and they were polite, and down to Earth. They said they couldn't promise delivery today, but they called back, and said they could come out. David showed up, was careful, and professional. Our old hoses were about to burst (looked like an over inflated tire), and David replaced them right away, no charge, no problem. I will recommend this company. Way to do it right, guys!
