They charged me an overdraft fee of $102 when I had $301.68 in the bank then charged me another $34 NSF. Plus, they charged me $12/month to keep the account open.

Awesome Bank! Great People! I get paid a day early AND my account is completely free. Not to mention they’re open every single day! Mobile banking is the best one I’ve ever had! Hands down the best bank to go with!

This review is in regard to the Zelle app which this bank has offered to its customers. It is the most inconvenient money transfer app EVER in my opinion. The first time I used it from an individual it took 6 days to receive money. This second time receiving from the same person it is taking 10 days. I could process a paper check through in a fraction of the time.This is not a reflection of the staff at this branch location, they are all great people and this should not reflect on the staff.However the only reason I use this bank was the optional hours most banks don't offer and especially for the Zelle app to make it easy for me to receive money from people remotely. Obviously Zelle is a miserable failure and so I have no reason to continue using this bank and once my funds do clear I will be closing my account.

This is beyond the WORST bank you can trust with your money. Leave two bucks in the account to keep it active. And use it for cashing check purposes only.

I just had the worst experience at this location.Ashley Langione the assistant manager is the most heartless disrespectful person I have ever dealt with.My niece lost her husband and when she went to withdraw money from their joint bank account this person told my niece with a smile on her face that she could not withdraw money and that she was going to freeze their joint account until she could produce a death certificate leaving my niece and her two daughters with no money and she seemed to find a sick disgusting thrill in this. Completely unprofessional behavior. Even if that is the banks policy,the behavior of Ashley Langione was completely deplorable. How can a person with such lack of compassion be the face of this bank.I advise anyone that uses this location to find another place to do their banking business.

Last week i had unathorized activity on my checking account. At this branch, the staff was very insensitive to my lose. After explaining the course of action recommended by the 800 customer service rep. I was snickered at and turned away with the same number to call that i had already before going to this branch. No help, no q&a. I have already opened an account with first state bank. I will no longer bank with first convenience bank

Wonderful bank with excellent customer service. The bank isnt responsible for the decisions I make to open the account. Also overdraft privleges are completely optional and they don't hold checks for 7 days Without telling people. Great bank
