Took my car in because of the hail storm had broken glass and standing water in the car Rodger reassured me that he would be able to get the car fixed and remove the water so no mold would grow. He did not the car sat at his shop with standing water in for over 2 months it was not until I stopped by to check on the car that I was informed that it was “ready “ upon looking over pieces of the car were literally falling off they never removed the standing water there was glass all over the seats mold growing everywhere I told him I would not accept that he told me he would change out all the carpet and foam instead he took it out and let it air dry and put back in my car is still full of mold and they are not going to correct the issues they caused from neglect the repairs were over 15,000 and the car is worse then when it went into the shop there’s not enough words to explain how bad this situation is now and it could have been resolved if properly done in the first place now I have to drive my kids and elderly mother around in a car full of black mold

Great service. They were able assist with my insurance claim and get my car into the shop for repairs in a reasonable time.

These folks are the best. We bring our work to them from Fort Worth. It’s worth the drive. They are timely, pleasant, reasonable. Just a pure pleasure to deal with.

Don't take your vehicle here if you want it back anytime soon. I took our truck over after some heavy hail damage; new hood, windshield and roof. They have had the truck for 3 weeks and told us it would still be next week before we got it back. The truck sat there for a week before they even touched. The lady in the front office is very rude and unhelpful. She refused to transfer me over to a manager everytime I called. My insurance agent said this is not the first time they have been this way with their customers.

Had a lady run out in front of my wife over a month ago. Got her truck back today. They did EXCELLENT work on her truck. I can't express how happy they made my wife. Now Farmers Inc is absolutely a horrible company. Hope we never have to deal with them ever again. Thank you Skidmore Automotive.

I was on an accident on my way to Corpus Christi for a vacation and I accidentally hit a dog there was extensive damage and it's being repaired at Graham Auto rebuilders. Everybody is very professional there and. they've always answered every question I've had even though I called them multiple times I would definitely recommend Graham Auto rebuilders for any auto body work you would have.

Terrible service from the get go, said my truck would be ready to be repaired in 4 months from December. Took them until July before the person that backed into my vehicle offered their spot for me to get my truck repaired. On top of that, they drained my battery while they had it when the truck was running just fine when I dropped it off then tried charging me for a new battery after telling them 3 times I was not paying for the battery. They then said my battery was over 3 years old even though my truck is only 2 years old. Then put the completely dead battery back in my truck while it was still running so they weren’t liable for the battery.Roger Skidmore,You sure know how to run a crooked business up there!It’s a shame.Diane Bisley,Since you mentioned you worked at Toyota for a long time, it’s a shame you had them buy a new tail light after I already paid for one and put it in myself even after I let you know that I had replaced it. Then tried charging me for it!Crooked people all around up there.
