Ask for Darci!!!! She's amazing. My husband and I went in to buy a phone case. Came back out 2 hours later with our bill LOWERED $150 and $2200 worth of new phones ON Verizon. Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She kept us as customers to Verizon because we were ready to switch carriers. Great experience.

Our experience with John at the Verizon store in Graham has been remarkable he has gone above and beyond with customer service and his patience. I am 100% happy with our choice to continue to use Verizon as our cell phone provider.

Im definatly having to write a reveiw after findong out verison nor any other carrier does vtext conversion any more and becauae of that horrible buisnesa decicions i have to say something because that is the dumbest thing ive heard for those thag knew how to do it it litterally could save some ones life say u domt have service or anyghingnlike that and u keep ur cell on u kuz music games wat have u and when ur able to konnect to wifi u have messaging and vidoes ect ect but say theres a senerio where u have wifi but u stuck trapped or in danger and the only people that would be able tk save u or wat ever dont have facebook or u only have their phone number what are h to do with no service and wht if u dont have a txt app or kalling app downloaded and theres no time to do so , well u kould of simply sent a text as an email and thwe u go ur life is saved but now all u kan do is wait to die n that senerio or hope the download time is fast for an app, worst buisness decision ive ever seen any one make ,its not like the whole world knew of this feature either so it wasnt a money grabbing decision kuz its not like rhe world was using it for free txts and even then its just an email but its more complicated to text this way any way so y take it down, coukdnt of been costing a fortune to keep up its a simple feature.
But buisness decisions like these or like when Straight Talk decided to take away the hotspot just because they didn't work it into their contracts and was starting to lose money so you businesses like to turn around and take things away and or charge an arm and a leg to make up for the losses and therefore in doing so lose half of your clientele cuz iPhone won't be using Verizon again because of this simple fact that they took away a feature that wasn't costing them anything to run but could have been a major advantage to anyone that possibly needed it and in any post I ever see on the internet where the situation is laid out to where someone could have been saved If Only They had a phone that could send out a message I'm going to vext could have saved their life

Kenny helped us get a phone today. He was very patient and very professional could not have asked for better customer service at this Verizon location. He was very knowledgeable and did everything possible to help us make sure we left the store satisfied. Our phone was completely locked out and we ended up using the store with a brand new phone. Make sure all of our things were transferred over before we left. We were 100% satisfied with the services. We will definitely come back to the store and recommend it to anybody who needs help with this Verizon location.

Owen helped us today. We were in dire need of a new phone and he was outstanding. We definitely recommend him. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Our phone was completely locked out and he helped us get a new one and made sure all of our things transferred. Owen even went out of his way to meet us halfway to Possum Kingdom Lake to bring us our watch that we forgot there at 8:30pm. We couldn’t ask for better customer service and professionalism.
